My "Etsy Finds (Fashion)" email appeared in my inbox this morning, and there were so many fabulous pieces that I thought I would share some of my favorites...

Obviously, this snow leopard print cardi is my fave.

Oma Vintage

I recently found this vintage clothing shop, and I think that it's too beautiful to keep to myself.  Oma Vintage is based here in Philadelphia (holler) and I love the retro vibe of the shop.  That scarf alone--  LOVE the combination of colors.

(I'm also extremely envious of her long, blonde, "just been surfing" hair.)

Here are some of my favorite picks...

Oma Vintage is on Etsy, but I also encourage you to visit their official website HERE.  That's where I found the GORGEOUS Oma Vintage blog.  I wish I could take pictures like this...

Or, this...

Or, like this...

Happy Hump Day, everyone!

New Slippers

Thank you, Target.  These slippers are SO comfy, very affordable ($15.00!) and perfect for a day like today.  It is raining outside, and I am home taking care of a sick husband.  These slippers are just perfect.  Thank you.

H&M Fall 2010

I have be honest, I'm a little bummed that summer is nearly over.  I love everything about it: long days, warm nights, lightning bugs, shorts, tank tops, flip flops, BBQ...  And, as a result, I usually don't give the coming season of fall a warm reception.  Until today.  I spotted these fall looks from H&M at one of my favorite blogs, Everything Fabulous, and I got a little excited about wearing knits again.

The High & The Low

In the last few weeks, I have made two purchases that have truly made me happy.  So happy, in fact, that I feel the need to spread the happiness on this blog.  Now, I realize that these are material objects, but it's true.  I have been happier since I bought them.  Please don't judge.

The high priced item:

Kate Spade "Jossline" bag in black, purchased at Nordstrom.  Buttery black leather, gold zippers, and a cute little shape that can only be described as "fat."  I love this little guy.  Plus, the interior is striped in pink, green, and white.  Very cute.

The low priced item:

Mossimo Jeggings from Target. I gave in and jumped on the "jeggings" bandwagon (but, with a low price tag). I couldn't help myself-- they're stretch pants, people! Made with stretch denim to look like jeans! Complete with back pockets!  I think that I will be living in these throughout the fall/winter. So, I bought two pairs.

Happy Monday!

UPDATE:
I now own about 5 pairs: jet black, jet black, faded black, blue with yellow stitching,
and dark blue with blue stitching.  :)

Lands' End CANVAS

You may have seen other bloggers mention the launch of Lands' End Canvas, but if you haven't been to the website yet, I encourage you to go! They have fabulous pieces for men and women (jeans, shorts, tops, shoes, accessories, outerwear, etc...).

Very classic, American, preppy with a bit of an edge. I think you'll like it.

I'm eyeing up this fabulous bag...

And, these bright orange flats!  Happy shopping!

Louis Louis

I want a Louis Vuitton bag.  And, since I have decided that, "yes, it's time for me to have one" I feel like I am seeing Louis everywhere.  This is the bag I want:
Last week, I stopped by a new "flea market" outside of Philadelphia.  I use the term flea market loosely because it was less antiques and more imported knock-offs from China.  Like Canal Street, but set out in the country.  Anyway, I saw a decent looking FAKE Louis bag and, while extremely tempted, I just couldn't sink so low.  Maybe ten years ago I would have bought it.  But not now.

not my photo, i found this via google

Do you own a good fake?  Or, do you splurge for the real deal?

Friday's Etsy Shop: Coup

I first noticed this amazing Etsy shop while reading Desire To Inspire, and I quickly headed over to browse the merchandise. A one woman show, COUP was started by a graduate of F.I.T. New York. She is also a former Peace Corp volunteer, and the daughter of three generations of professional fine artists. You may have seen some celebrities wearing her goods (Madonna is a frequent shopper)...

and every COUP order is wrapped like this:

I'm in love with the graphic style and simple shapes... this shirt is totally my favorite.

but, look at these shirts for the kids!  I wish I could wear one...  but, I think I missed the boat with that technical word "hopeful" (unless I can started training for the Olympics at age 30).

Shop COUP's other tees HERE.
